Our volunteer Jalal Khalilov has been living in Craiova, Romania with our support, as part of a long-term ESC project. Within the project, he worked on a podcast addressing important social topics such as inclusivity, discrimination, and intercultural understanding.
The aim was to create a safe space for dialogue, raise awareness, and encourage young people to reflect on these issues while amplifying diverse voices and stories.
This project gave Jalal the chance to contribute to meaningful work, meet inspiring people, and explore Romanian culture. It has been a truly transformative experience, full of valuable learning and memories that he now brings back home to Azerbaijan.
